Can someone please tell me what "UDP timeout:-1 'Teredo" means?

My router is driving me up a wall. Wifi keeps losing connection and taking forever. Speedtests all show 40mbps but loading webpages is a nightmare; pages load incredibly slow, it's almost as if I have 900 ping.

My router shows this absolutely spamming the logs.

Router is a Dlink DIR 625. Does anyone have any idea what those messages mean? I only found one hit on Google and it wasn't informative at all.
 
Do you have torrent or some other program installed that is making use of uPNP? It looks as if a device is trying to establish a uPNP connection but is failing - which could be tying up resources on the router or flooding it with requests.

First identify any programs that might be using uPNP -- typically media sharing or torrent applications.

Then try disabling IPv6 on your clients - your router doesn't support it and it's basically useless for home networks.

If you still have trouble - disabling uPNP on your router all-together.
 
I have utorrent installed but haven't used it in like a year since I got usenet with Newsbin Pro. Wonder if that could be it. I'll try turning off uPNP and see if that does it.

Here's the really strange thing that I just realized.

There are no 192.168.200.11 or 192.168.0.196 IP's on my network. What's up with that? There are only three devices

.197 is HTPC
.198 is my Thinkpad
.199 is my Droid Incredible
