Can someone give me a copy of Mavericks system file?

Does anyone with a Mavericks install have the ability to give me a copy of the following file?

/System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain

You should be able to re-download Mavericks and pull it out of the bundle.

Not going to give you a keychain file.

But I exported all the root certificates to a certificate bundle by selecting them all and clicking export:

Yes, but if the root certificates have already been deleted, they can't be exported

I was able to get a copy of a Mountain Lion version of the file, so the OS isn't completely broken anymore.
