Can someone fix this for me?

I need the black outline of Louisiana changed to Vivid yellow #fdd023 . The background should be violet #461d7c, LSU colors
Im wanting to have a flag made with this logo, if anyone knows a place let me know.

I mean, the artwork forum is pretty slow in the first place -- got threads with latest posts from 2017 on the first page. And you aren't offering anything for the work (although you haven't excluded the idea, I suppose).

I'm working on it but my tool options are all janky for some reason.

You can see all the posts in all the forums if you click on "New posts" at the top, or the lightning bolt if you're on mobile.

Like that? Edit: was working on getting the letters color the same (hsv) as the outline, but my wireless kb was being a dirtbag and it undid a lot, then I panic clicked which cleared the redo history. So I guess this is final unless I get a wild hair.
