Probably. I'm not aware of any monitor companies releasing different displays, putting the same part number on them, and shipping one version to store A and the second to store B.

In the past there were 'panel lotteries' where a manufacturer would put multiple different panels in displays sold with the same model number; but in those cases you could end up with either variant regardless of where you bought it. Typically they'd cover themselves by using the worst numbers from the specs of the two panels, so they'd list ex IPS contrast ratios and VA viewing angles; so that either version would meet or exceed the specsheet. (The IPS version would have specsheet contrast but better than promised viewing angles, and the VA version would have specsheet viewing angles but better than promised contrast.) I don't know if anyone is still doing that today.
