Can not get Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-5 to OC

I have an i7 4970k and the Gigabyte board. It seems the main options to do the overclocking are locked. I've tried all different types of configs to see if they'll unlock. Does anyone have this board or an idea of what the hell I'm doing wrong? And yes I have done overclocking before. I'm not an extreme pusher, but I do a basic type oc.

Now I have tried the oc software from Gigabyte and that seems to work though not on Windows 10.

1. What is the bios version are you using?
Try the latest bios F4 to check.

2. What do you mena cannot OC, cannot set CPU Vclock to 45X or above?
Or cannot increase the value of Vcore ratio.
--> As far as I know, under Gigabyte bios to increment or decrement value to to press page up or page down key.

3. Try the OC software to check:Gigabyte System Information Viewer.
