Can MSI Afterburner be used to OC the Radeon VII?

Do you have some aversion to Wattman? I used to use Afterburner on all my Radeons until it started giving me issues with under volting and fan control on newer drivers. Wattman is pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

Edit:
I downloaded it and am looking at it now with the regular (non-beta) version. Looks like you can adjust memory and core clock speeds. You can adjust fan speed and power limit. You can't adjust Core Voltage. The temperature reading isn't the "Hot Spot" temp I see in GPU-Z. It's just the regular GPU temp.

yes it can, but if you've opened wattman at all you have to start all over by DDU'ing the drivers and reinstalling them because the default settings within wattman will take priority over afterburner.

that being said, wattman's actually pretty decent these days.

That makes sense. I never DDU'd the drivers.
