Can I use a Sansa Express with the AUX port on a car stereo?

I would like to get a Sansa Express (MP3 player) and I would like to know if I can use it with the AUX port on a car stereo head unit. I didn't know if you could since it uses the "direct connect" usb.

Sure, just need to get patch cable to connect from it's headphone jack, to the AUX input.
