Can i install MS IIS server on Windows XP Home Edition

i have windows XP Home edition and i want to install IIS server.. but it look like Home Edition cannot have IIS server... is there any alternative for it.?

Correct. You can't run IIS on XP Home.

You can run Apache, or other web server packages.

but apache doesn;t run VBScript code.. it requires IIS server. any other server which can run VBScript code.?

You can infact run IIS on XP home.

I was about to jump o nthe Apache bandwagon but you wish to run VB, I am not aware of another that will execute VB but there is a lot I still dont know.
