Can anyone ID this Cooler Master CPU Cooler?

I'm getting ready to break this system down and sell of the parts, but I can't find a model name or number anywhere on this. One of the Hyper models? It's about 7 years old +/-

Practically speaking, should I just leave the CPU cooler mounted on the chip and sell them together, or take them apart, clean & sell separately?

its a cooler master hyper 212 plus not an evo.. honestly at the price it would cost that cooler, just bundle it with the other parts.

Hyper212 Plus. You'd just about break even after fees and shipping, so just bundle the dang thing
