I'm wondering if there's an all in one caching proxy server that could be easy implemented on a Windows box connected via dial up.
My mother in law has a recent Dell and her internet performance in slow. I'd love a simple to use program to program that would cache the content locally. Lets say Squid, for windows and zero setup.
