Is it possible to combine two satellite receivers into one cable? I used to have cable tv for local channels and satellite for everything else. I purchased a device from radio shack that allowed me to comine the two signals into one cable and then separate them by the TV so I didn't need to have two coaxial cables ran to my living room.
Currently I have two satellite receivers, each with it's own dedicated coax cable up to the dish. would that same device work for combining them?
If you must know, the reason I would like to do this is the DTV installer setup my extra receiver and did a HORRIBLE
