I was working in my corsair 900 last night installing 3 more HDD for a total of 7 and i kept running into an issue with a usb 3.0 header. On every motherboard i have ever worked with the cable goes straight out into the way of everything so i just went on amazon looking for a 90* header extension cable only to come up dry.

Which leads me to my rant why do they put the headers in locations on the motherboard where they could be mounted at a 90* and 3 inches of thick unwieldy cable would flow to the front and be out of the way. Furthermore the 20/24 pin is huge why not move it to the back side of the board in the atx specification to allow the main power connectors to plug in from routing positions behind the motherboard tray. Place it at the top or side of the motherboard at a 90* to keep the massive mess from flowing up and to where ever...
