Buying a 360 from Dell vs Wal-Mart

I am seriously considering getting in on the $330 Xbox 360 Elite deal from Dell.
Before this deal came up I had planned on eventually getting a 360 from Wal-Mart because of their great return policy.
I don't know anything about Dell's return policy and I was hoping some people that have experience with this can give me some advice.

walmart b/c of their return policy and b/c you dont have to ship it out if you plan on returning it.
 
Dell has a nice deal with coupon right now, but if you get a bunk system from dell. the return process sucks.
