Build Hardware?

Hey all! I am looking to build something. I'm not quite sure how to do it, so I'm wondering if anyone has info on it.

I want to build something so I can plug a phone line into a jack, and on the other end, have RCA outputs so I have have phone line to RCA. I want to do this for an easier to configure intercom system with my phone system. The line is auto answer so I just need to get the output to RCA. Thanks alot!
