Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 router and DD-WRT - have I just bricked it...?

I flashed my Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 router with DD-WRT firmware and followed the instructions here.

However, the router is now no longer working. At all. The lights are on (power and wireless), but nobody is home. I run the setup cd and when it gets to step 18 it simply says it cannot connect to the router. I cannot access the router settings either.

Have I bricked it? I don't know what to do.

check the dd-wrt website for instructions on how to revive bricks with tftp.
i had to do it on one and it worked out for me, but that was a linksys, so ymmv.
