budget laptop suggestion

Looking for a laptop for my sister. All she does is minor games like Bejeweled, e-mail, web browsing, and minor apps (office, etc). Looking for suggestions in the $500-$800 range.

It looks like I can get an i5-480m w/ 4Gb DDR3 and a 640Gb HD in that range. Gateway, Acer, lenovo and ASUS all have models in that range.

HP also has an i5-2410M, with 6Gb of RAM for just over $800.

Those specs should be fine, but I'm looking for the best overall built laptop, with decent customer service. She's a bit hard on laptops, so something sturdy and well built is preferable. The Lenovo's are built fairly well, but I know their business support sucks. Any suggestions? Here are a few models I've seen in the range..
