Cool, I'm glad to hear it *can* be resolved quickly. So, they issued you a new product key right? Did you have to do any finnagling to get this out of them?
It's almost a shame to get a new one...now that I have memorized this product key as I have my social security number...along with office serial...
After calling them they did fix it right away. After telling them the first 2 groups of numbers, they gave me an authorization key without any further information. Interestingly, when I typed a wrong number, windows gave me a little popup window telling me so immediately...so I wonder if I could have simply gone through 0-9 for each digit to get the correct code...
