Does the BSOD list a driver, file, or IRQ error, this could determine what is crashing when your computer BSODs.

More than likely it's a driver / memory error when gaming. check your vid card for issues on forums. simple google search will work.

Looks like you've done a lot of ground work which is good.

To be honest It sounds like a hardware issue, I'd go with a basic build of the OS + a game you know BSODs and then start removing hardware until you find the culprit. If you get down to barebones (mobo, cpu, ram, gpu, hdd) and it's still doing it then you'll need to test them parts in another system or get replacements to test in your system.

If prime95 isnt erroring over long run times (one copy running per core) and memtests passing, and furmark isnt causing video card problems then most likely candidate is your motherboard

something about those sticks of ram... i know you said you tested and pulled it. but have you tried running only one or two sticks?

do you know how to do crash dump/debug? if no make sure full dump is on, setting should be in startup/recovery area of your system props. then get debug tools from ms to read the memory dumps, this might help you narrow it down.

i used prime95 and no problem , but how can i be sure its the motherboard
i suspected PSU because i have use it for 2-3 years and my PC runs 24/7

yes i have tried running two sticks no good

The same link also explains how to open and use the core dump.

That would be my suggestion, to have a crack at the core dump ( which, I am not to sure of the format for windows ) but it should give some insight that may be useful. Usually the exact state it was in prior to BSOD.

As i said, the only way to be sure is to swap components with another system, I'd try the same set of benchmarks with hardware swapped out, I know thats a pain but its the best test to be sure before you spend money on replacements.

the problem is i don't have anther computer .

I've experienced this in the past and it turned out to be my video card. It was an nvidia 8800GT from BFG. I RMA'd it a few months ago and have been running fine since.

I came home from work today and my machine was sitting there with a bsod with the hardware malfunction error again.

I'm thinking the 8800 is the problem again becuase it was a refurb replacement. The last time I RMA'd it I couldn't run my PC for more then 2 minutes (it was even crash in the BIOS). After replacing it everything was instantly fine. Time to call BFG again... <sigh>

I know I'll be buying evga next time...
