Hey guys we'll i'm getting that BSOD and I already googled the problem. everwhere they say to delete a boocat.cache file found on c:\windows\system32\codeintegrity. I'm running win xp32 pro, I feel really silly and dumb... is that folder only found on vista an win7? cause I looked at several pc's and I can't find that damn folder anywhere. I made sure to uncheck the hidden files option and to also uncheck the windows protected files as well. I don't want to reimage the system if I can solve the problem by just deleting that damn file. I feel like a helpless n00b!! Right now i got the recovery console on that system and i'm looking at c:\windows\system32

I would start testing hardware, run memtest overnight. I had memory issues and got 3 different BSODs at different points in the boot process. Maybe run chkdsk...
