No suprise it's Creative right?
First off it's nice to finally take advantage of my Onkyo HT 5.1 surround sound. Games are sounding really nice. No issues here.
Problem is when I have Dolby Digital Live enabled, I have to output the sound through the speakers by selecting it as default in the playback devices. This still enables the digital optical out to my reciever. But when playing music, the sound keeps changing. It sounds like its trying to figure out if it's 5.1 or stereo and keeps switching back and forth. Is this normal? Is there a fix?
Also my volume wheel on my keyboard doesn't work either when I have Dolby Digital Live enabled. Is there a fix for this?
I remember Creative being shit for their drivers before, and looks like things haven't changed unless I'm not doing something right?
