I recently had problems with both of my CD and DVD/CD players showing yellow exclaimation marks and was not able to play.
After going through every possible scenario trying to fix and find these drivers and going to a myriad of driver search companies (Driverchecker,drivercure,drivergiude,and driverscan that want to charge you between $30,$40 dollars and up to join. I decided to go to microsoft for help and here was my fix that worked....Give it a shot!
