I'm looking for a book disk that comes on a floppy that will then allow you to boot off CD, or HDD, etc. I know its out there as I had a link to the site earlier, but forgot what it was. I believe it was a SourceForge project...

You can do that with your BIOS. On my system, if I hit ESC on the POST screen, it prompts me to choose what device to boot from.

if im not mistaken you want something that you can use to access files from ur floppy or cd, try bootdisks.com they have quite a few things...

You need a Boot Disk - Standard Windows Boot Disk (ala Windows 98)
You need MSCDEX - Microsofts DOS based CD-ROM controler EXE
You need a CDROM Device Driver - Check your CD-ROM manufacture, or browse the internet
You need to edit your config.sys file to say DEVICE=A:\yourdevicename.SYS /D:MSCD001
You need to edit you Autoexec.bat to say C:\MSCDEX /D:MSCD001

Cheers,
