I have a blu vivo XL android phone. I use nova launcher and it was working great at 1 time. A week or so ago, I had to change passwords on 2 of my email programs Yahoo and Nine. For some reason I was no longer getting ringtones when I received a new email on either App. I explained what was happening to Blu and they told me I had to do a hard reset and start over.
When I set up the 2 programs again, they still dont get a ringtone notification when a new email came in. Funny thing about this is I would get the emails on both. I checked all settings that I know about and cant find a solution.
Can you guys recommend things to solve this plz?
