He's pretty good, and has done some nice runs in public, but running MAME and claiming not to be is a problem. There was earlier beef about playing on the wrong board, which is less problematic, but at the same time --- rules are rules, and learning enough to inspect your machine isn't too hard, IMHO. It should be real easy to see if your machine is a computer or a 1980s crazy circuit board; but the earlier issue was more subtle.

You might want to chill the fuck out for a second and actually look at the GoFundMe page. He's not raising any money for himself. It is all going to the other people being sued by Mitchell.
You might want to read the posts before replying and see my quoted post was about a video where he asked for himself.
It's the one with the big "he's suing me again!" thumbnail, titled with "I Need Your Help", and with a link to his GoFundMe titled "Karl Jobst Legal Defence Fund" set up for his lawsuits.

Ah, right. I forgot about the second lawsuit and it didn't show up when I was doing an initial search for Karl's GoFundMe stuff.
That said, I doubt Karl making or not making more videos on Mitchell really matters one way or the other now. I can almost guarantee that the fuckwad would have filed more lawsuits regardless. His strategy appears to be the classic strategy used by rich people: Bury the other person in so many expensive lawsuits that it ruins their lives and makes it impossible to keep defending themselves. Karl literally can't antagonize Mitchell any further than he already has. Unless his lawyer tells him to stop making videos, at this point he might as well just keep going.
I can't imagine any competent lawyer would approve of his moves after the first one.
I agree the whole thing and the American lawsuit warfare are beyond ridiculous.

Am I the only one who enjoyed Billy Mitchell's appearance on East Side Dave? You have these uber-serious retro competitive gamers pissed off that Billy is cheating, and someone went through great lengths to prove it, and Billy's response is going on the East Side Dave Show and providing an interview that was tantamount to trolling. There's even a moment where it sounds like Billy Mitchell compares himself to Donald Trump. He's like a movie character, but in real life. I'm not particularly invested in the topic - I just think it's entertaining, but as a fan of the East Side Dave Show, I find his interview to be a bit of a treat.
