Big Oblivion Problem!!!

Hi, so i just saved my game and exited. then did a few things around the house and about 4 hours later i go back on to oblivion and when everything loads and i can see my charector, he is sliding REALLY slow to the right. and he just constantly does that and i cant move fast anywhere and he just keeps sliding. i loaded frrom different load points and i rezoned to different places and that didnt do anything. anyone have any ideas on what i should do???

I had that happen to me when i first installed hte game actually, it was really wierd. I restarted my comp and it's worked fine since then. But if that doesnt help, i'd back up your save files and reinstall the game.

Try unplugging any gamepads/joysticks you have attached to your pc.
