BFG Completely Liquidating, no more RMAs accepted. Project Manager blames Fermi

This is a sad day, BFG was an awesome company, supporting the overclockers, and us
on the the forums (kinda our own personal representitive))...
.... Gonna miss them.....

ya its awsome my 8800gtxOC2 just died mid july. This was the BS they did to me
1) POP - were sorry forwarded email doesnt work press print screen and send as attached image
2) 2 more days later.. ok forwarding you to the next step
3) 4 more days our email system is down so we can't send out rma over email and will be snail mailing further instructions
4) last week ... that letter listed on page 1. cannot rma bleh bleh bleh...

Glad my lifetime wasnt so lifetime....

also glad i went ahead and just bought a new card at end of july instead of waiting
 
I'm really going to miss the semi-annual free upgrades thanks to their warranty and thanks to their incredibly fail-tastic fans.
 
I was just thinking of trading my BFG GTX260 for a 5770 for the added space in my cramped case, but now people will think I'm just bailing on a card that has no warranty....crap
