The game runs sweet for me,but I do find if I did nothing in the game I would still be able to finish it.

BF3 Jet mission going hunting 1920x1080.
Fraps Ultra v-sync.
4MSAA X16AF ,HBAO
580 SLI 3GB CARDS,2600K CPU

EDIT:
I did up a couple vids I did as Lord_Exodia suggested
Set the game to post process high, Set deferred AA to off, in the nvidia control panel set to override appllication for AA Set Supersample and set Transparency AA

Good quality and I shut off v-sync and Average 120FPS with Fraps Recording.Just amazing.

With a rig like that you should be using TRSSAA (Transparency Super Sampling AA)

Best AA options available in the game.

Thanks for the video, and if you try the Transparency SSAA please post back and let me know, or better yet A NEW VIDEO!! :D

I don't get why you'd need TRSSAA if you are using FXAA - since FXAA is running on a fully rendered image it should already be providing AA to transparency textures.

From what I've seen FXAA doesn't do as good of a job as TRSSAA and the performance hit is small compared to just using 4xmsaa so maybe an extra 5%. Still nvidia using 4x TRSSAA with High Post Process AA will give better image quality than just MSAA 4x with high post process AA and still perform better than AMD using 4xmsaa + high post process AA. Well I have seen this to be the case with single player at least. Not sure about multiplayer.

I'm gonna start playing around with settings on my cards and see if doing AMD specific AA like ADMSAA with edge detect will be possible and what type of performance hit I get and Image quality vs image quality to see if anything looks better. Nvidia has the edge here though.

Still on multiplayer I would not use MSAA at all as I'm fine just using FXAA.

Use 4xSGSSAA with nvidia nhancer and turn off FXAA, you might have the only rig on the planet capable of doing it at a decent framerate.

I will try this with inspector
Thanks

Remember that to get 4xSGSSAA working you need to use "enhance the application" AA mode and you must set the in-game deferred MSAA to at least 4x as well.
