Better Online Game: UT2K3/2K4 or Halo?

Most definitely the UT series... They have great netcode and are much funner on the PC than Halo. Halo is great for Xbox Lan parties though...

And you could maybe host up to 6 or 8 on 56k if you're lucky and everyone else is reasonably close by.

Halo was good on the xbox, when they ported it to PC, they made it suck. plain and simple. I still cant figure out why so many pc players like it.
