Best way to unlock a tmobile iphone 5?

I have a Tmobile iphone 5 with a clean esn I do not have service with tmobile. What is the best way to get this unlocked so i can use it on ATT?

T-Mobile will only unlock after 41 days of active service and the account in good standing.

From what I have seen it is the most $$$. The cheapest unlock service I have seen is $69.99.
