Best way to temporarily bypass a GPU water block in a loop?

I'm switching GPUs from my 290s to a 780 (possibly two). Since the water blocks for the 780 Classified aren't in stock anywhere, I'll be running with it on air until they come in. I need to complete my loop to cool my CPU.

I have Koolance QDs on both sides of the GPU blocks now, and I was hoping I could find something to insert there...a "dummy block", lets say... to plug the gap so I don't have to redo my entire loop. Obviously it would need to be something inexpensive and readily available. I have a Microcenter local if that helps.

Hopefully this all makes sense. Any tips?

Well you should have a few open pci-e 16x slots no? Just put the aircooled card in an open slot, uninstall the 290 and leave it there ?

i recently had to do the same thing a little differently..
My CPU cold plate sprang a leak right in the middle. :/
i umm..pulled off the in tube pulled the block and out tube..
then attached the in tube to a Y-connector going to "rad"
