Best way to migrate to a new print server with a new name on a MS Windows Network

So we currently have a print/file server in our 125 user environment. This box is being separated into two different machines, and the print server will have a new name. I have set all the printers up on the new machine (about 25 printers) with the same share names, however how can we easily transition all the users to point to the new print server instead of the old one?

A vbscript with an array of the old and new printer names. Remap printers from one name to the other during logon.
