To go from one win server 2000 box to a more powerful win server 2000 box, I was thinking that the best way would be to replicate the AD and info from the original setup to the new server and demote/promote accordingly...am I right? If so, can this be done going from win server 2000 to a win server 2003 OS? Otherwise, what are your thoughts in upgrading with minimal downtime and efforts from 2000 to 2003?
