Best way/program to remove duplicate files?

What is the best way or program to find a delete duplicate files from your computer permanently? I seem to have quite a few of them, and I want to get rid of them.
 
That's what I had assumed. ;-) Duplicate Cleaner works well enough for me under Win 7.
