Best slim portable battery for Laptop?

Hello,

I asked this question like 10 years ago and nothing existed. Does this stuff exist now? I know there's ones for smart devices but what about laptops? It would just have to keep me charged while surfing. Not sure if I could go into high performnce mode with one of these.

if all you are doing is surfing, get a tablet that supports an external keyboard battery combo
