2x2GB ddr-800
2x160 Hitachi RAID 0; 1x WD 400GB; 2x Seagate 1.5TB
EVGA 680i
2x GTX 280 OC'd

Right now I'm running a 750W (never thought i'd need more) which does the job fine, but when it gets graphic intense, my PSU just shuts off...lol. The corsair 620W did the job fine for 8800GTX SLI, but this isn't cutting it for my system.

I may upgrade to an i7/i9 later on.

Why's that better than a Xigmatek 750W?
Better efficiency, better ripple suppression, probably better voltage regulation as well. It should also be quieter at higher loads. Actually, I thought you were still running on an HX620 since I missed the part of your post mentioning the 750W PSU. 750W should be plenty for your system, but if you want something bigger, take a look at these:

Xigmatek? Don't buy a no name PS... you will regret. Antec, thermaltake, they will do you well.

Xigmateks aren't all that bad, it's a CWT based unit like the Corsair TX750/Toughpower 750 etc. But the Antec is very good value at that price.

It's CWT based but it's still of lower quality than the CWT built 750TX and Toughpower 750. Not that bad but there are still significantly better PSUs for the money.

Yep, I do agree it's not something you'd buy when there's stuff like the Antec available. But at least it barely survived Pauls load tester, though with less than spectacular results. ;P

Xigmateks aren't bad. I figured out that it wasn't my psu that was the problem. My UPS was only rated at 650W. After I plugged my computer straight into the wall, I overclocked my q6600 even higher to test it out, and no crashes.
