Bitwarden. I used LastPass (they are very good) for many years but recently switched to Bitwarden because it's open source. I'm working on self-hosting it now as well.

I use KeePass on PC so I’m using Keepasium on iOS.

Is there a reason you don't want to use Apple's native Keychain system? I never found a necessity to switch to something else but there's probably something I'm not seeing.

The reason for me is because I use my passwords on non-Apple devices too. Bitwarden works across platforms.

Just need something to save the passwords to. They won't be there to use on the iPhone.
