Not a fan of Madballs, but Babo Violent was fun. With Madballs it just didn't feel as crisp for some reason (gameplay, not graphics, obviously).

Machinarium is awesome - so much personality!

Also just got Osmos and World of Goo... not sure if those are actually from this year though.

I need to give Madballs and Altitude a try. Also, I want to try AaaAAAaAAAAAA! (In Reckless Disregard of Gravity) just because it has such an amazing title.

World of goo is pretty good. Is Torchlight considered an indie game? I would assume so. Its pretty good too.
