Best Budget 955 X4 Motherboard

I was able to get a 955 X4 CPU for dirt cheap. I need a motherboard.

The combo will be used in my headless server so a lot of features are NOT needed or ever be used.

However, it would be nice if the motherboard has decent overclocking potential because the server might occasionally be used for encoding video.

Looking for motherboard recommendations that are easy on the budget. ATX form factor or smaller (going in a mid tower case).

I really like my Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H motherboard. I use it for a different application though. I know that it has core unlocker support (not sure if your CPU is a candidate for that) and plenty of overclocking capabilities, but due to my CPU not having an unlocked multiplier I haven't messed with it too much (but considering to increase performance given how old the Phenom II X6 CPU is).

I don't think there are tons for sale anymore like there were back when I bought it.
