Best Bang For the Buck ~48" display. Mainly for Streaming and Steam Link.

I need to lose some lard, so i'm adding a TV/Kodi box to my exercise room. Wall space limits me to sub-55" models. I only need 60hz 1080p with "OK" input lag for stuff like Xcom, willing to go 4k for a good deal though. What is my best bang for the buck option in the 48-50" size?

Probably going with one of the Pi kits for Kodi. If it works well, I'll look at adding a full fledged Ryzen box in there.
