Best 92mm Nocuta fans to snap on gtx 970 heatsink?

Hi Guys,

I have a silverstone HTPC case GD05. The only gtx 970 I could fit due to height restriction was evga or zotac. I went with Zotac, it is not bad card but at full ramp the fans are a little noisy for my likings. I would like to purchase 2 Noctua fans and slap them on the heatsink. Something like this [H] user has done. From my understanding I should use high static pressure fans. I have enough space for 25mm fans if these would be better....

I'm attaching some pictures to show you the current card.

The original fans are 80mm.... Should get 2 x 80mm or 2 x 92mm. Someone told me 92mm won't to as good job because it overlaps the heatsink and he suggested to go with 80mm fans.

My options are Noctuas NF-B9 pwm/NF-R8 pwm or 2 times cheaper Arctic Cooling F9 pwm / F8 pwm fans.

Please advise.
