Best 19" widescreen TN for a budget?

I know you are all going to diss TN but that isn't what I'm here for. My friend wants a 19" lcd widescreen for under 200, preferably around 150.
 
For a budget of $200 or less, you can even buy a 22” widescreen monitor. I think that 3” difference is well worth paying a little extra. I dont have personal experience with the quality of those monitors, but the Acer X223Wbd has so many good user reviews, and that Asus is a full HD 16:9 1080 screen :cool:.
 
Well we chose the 19" because of the resolution. We don't want a super high resolution because he wants all that extra power to go towards eye candy.
 
a few hours ago I examined a nice
$150 acer x193wg 19". On the
next aisle was a nice acer al2216wbd
$200.

but a larger monitor with a higher resolution IS eye candy. seriously with the rig you have a 19inch is plain silly.

A 4850 512MB will do your friend fine if he wants "eye candy" for his (soon to be getting, I guess) 19". If he really wants big FPS in games for 1280x1024 or 1440x900, I guess he can go for a EVGA 9800 GX2. But, like others have said already, you're better off spending more money on a bigger resolution, like 20" or 22", and getting a 4850 512MB as the video card ...
