Benq GW2765HT - Cheap 2560x1440 monitor

While looking for a new 2560x1440 monitor, I bumped into the Benq GW2765HT which is being sold for $500 in Australia. That's $75 cheaper than the next cheapest 2560x1440 monitor from a brand name.

I suspect it's your typical LG based 2560x1440 monitor, with possible risk of cross-hatching, but I'd love to know more about this before committing to a purchase.
 
Did you buy it? Like it?

Can get it for $390 if coupons stack.
 
Since it's BenQ I think the panel is AHVA.

Curious about it as well since there are very few comments on the nets and no reviews at all.
 
As explained in the other thread, it has a glossy border, so black will look grayish.
