Looks like BenQ is bringing their flicker free tech (Pulse Width Modulation free) to new monitors in North America under the EW line.

You will recall they just launched the new BenQ GW2760HS with the tech and many were disappointed it was only made available in Europe and Asia.

Enter the EW2440L / EW2740L:

With a sophisticated all-around slim design, the latest MHL connection and BenQ’s state-of-the-art visual optimization technologies, the all-new EW40 Series take your multimedia entertainment to a new level of fun and ease. Enjoy a cinema-class picture in the comfort of your own personal space for home entertainment or office work

The Flicker-free technology eliminates flickering at all brightness levels and effectively reducing eye fatigue. Conventional LCD screens flicks 200 times per second. Your eyes may not see flickers, but can certainly feel them. Free your eyes from flickers by switching to Flicker-free Monitors and let your eyes do less work.

Both panels are VA for superior picture quality.
