Beginning Waterfox version 33.0 (recent update), entire laptop freezes up

Only today did my Waterfox ask to be updated to 33.0, so I accepted. I had no issues using Waterfox today prior to updating. After updating and restarting Waterfox, I encounter a couple serious issues:

• A short period of time after launching Waterfox, my entire system freezes. Event viewer shows no evidence of problems after I forcibly power down and cold boot
• GUI for Waterfox will glitch up when I resize the window, and then contents inside the window being inoperable, soon to be followed by total system freeze

Anyone else experiencing this? I even experience this when running Waterfox using -safe-mode parameter with zero add-ons and extensions running. I know it is Waterfox because I'm not have any of these symptoms if I stop using Waterfox and launch Chrome/IE instead.

I just installed waterfox on my laptop no problems at all runs great maybe try and uninstall it and do a fresh install just backup any bookmarks and extensions
