The main thread seems to be inundated with people bigging up their statistics, post here instead of the discussion thread.

Everyone loves a statistics or two.... hell I created the BC2 stats thread before for the very reason
 
Hit level 40 last night.

This was done while still working a full 40hr week at not taking any "sick days" like most of my friends did...

Been playing with alot of pro players... guys with +3.0 kdr's with 800 Score/Min stats and ranked in multiple area's in the top 100 of the world.

Playing with these good players when on your team/squad is awesome, but playing against them sucks lol.

It's awesome have (4) squad perks stacked... Squad Ammo, Squad Spring, Squad Suppresion and Squad Cover.



In the world I'm ranked...

124 - Assault Score
286 - Top Kills
623 - Best Squad

512 Score/Min
324 Skill
2.0 KDR

it’s not easy to play other games during the TF2 Halloween event, the new map with the Monoculus monster is so much fun. but I made a new BC2 account 2 days ago just for the AT4 and well, maximum epeen has been achieved :D

You go with the M320 a lot? The only time I used it is when I was out of ammo and picked up another assault kit that had it loaded out. Annoying that it replaces the Medkit.
 
I don't care about my k:d ratio, it's almost always less than 1. I play rush almost exclusively, and my goal is to win the map, at all costs, even my kdr. Though I have been known to spend a bit too much time tank-whoring.

I think it'd be a better game if Dice only counted kdr for games you won. They should also break down kdr by game type, with no global score. It'd provide more incentive for people to not sit back and pad their kdr while their team loses. Which I see entirely too often. If you're going to play a team mode, suck it up and try to win, or go play something else.

Some stats:
Playing on the PC, crossfire 2GB 5870s mostly 2560x1600.
w/l: 1.04
time played: 28H 10M
score/min: 240
kdr: 1.005 - that won't last once the casuals stop playing in a few weeks/months
11 MVPs, 6 MVP2s, 8 MVP3s, and 24 Ace ribbons with 152 rush rounds played.

I mostly play Engineer(if there's armor I'm driving it or trying to blow it up), followed by Support(too many people still don't drop ammo), then Sniper(usually with a shotgun or SMG, love those spawn beacons, find sniper rifles nearly useless in rush), finally Assault(reviving seems to have become more defense oriented in BF3 compared to BC2, where it was more offense oriented). They'll probably even out a bit once I unlock them some more.

Yeah, I agree. KD is a useless stat. If I just sat back and camped, I'd have a huge K:D or if I played Recon all the time. Where it's usually 6:1 deaths in my favor. However, I love to play support/engineer which means I'm usually the cannon fodder, and there are usually rounds where I have 3:24 K/D ratio, and the funny thing about it. I'm usually near the top if not the top on points. :) Just from the flag captures, resupply points, alpha squad ribbons, etc.
 
I get killed 3 times for every kill. Someone has to take credit for sucking. ;)

I=And I agree with the above post. I am usually an engineer. I get killed a lot repairing mechanized equipment or when I have my RPG out going up against a tank.
 
So, how many of you will be enlisting? Or are you happy enough being desktop warriors?

IE, stick your money where your mouth is.
 
High KDR...means camping bitch who stays as far away from the action as possible.

1.0-1.2 is about all anyone should have playing Rush or Conquest and actually trying to win.

I can about winning the match....period.

Maybe it's time to actually play a different weapon and a different class? My squad and I rotate with different classes and weapons depending on the situation .

Some people find joy in sharing their statistics for a game that provides it. It's a message board forum with a thread calling to those people. If you really think being sarcastic in that type of thread is going to get people to "get it" then I think you might be mistaken.
 
Holy Cow! 41+ hours? Didn't this game come out less than a week ago? Does this include beta stats?

Not beta stats, those all got wiped. He's been playing roughly 7 hours a day since release. :eek:
 
Really looking forward to 100 kills on Knife. I enjoy Support because it is the least represented class. It also has the biggest challenge of taking down tanks (running up to it and using C4) which makes me walk away like a badass from a huge explosion (aka movies :p) Plus unlimited ammo is nice, it is great to round out a squad by consistently refueling the RPGs and a buddy who runs around as Assault with me.

The 320 is great fun. Alot of those kills are from smoking people also... I use smoke like crazy when attacking on rush. With Squad Ammo on and using the 320 undersling you get 6 smoke grenades.

Ya I hate people who camp and cause the team they are on to lose. I've seen people 5 ft from the bomb and not attempt to defuse. What's even worse is the coward tank driver that stays hella far out and refuses to move in. My 2.0 kdr is all rush/conquest attack the objectives on foot.

I'm retiring the M416, Going to start using the F2000 as my main fun, those +200 kills I have with it are just from last night lol. I'm pretty much dedicated medic for my squad so I'll be sticking with that class. Whenever I play I always have people on TS that run as support, engi and recon.

Well I don't care about my k/d ratio. I know it sucks and it probably always will if the last 10 years of FPS has anything to say about it.

Anyway, the only things the stats deter me from doing is practicing. I can't fly helocopters but are there unranked servers that I can practice on? Maybe there are but I assumed all are ranked so I will never have a playground to practice on without killing myself 100 times a game.

I'm in the same boat with the kdr thing. I'm busy reviving people in hopes that they'll be able to push up and take that objective in conquest.
 
Some people just have too much time on their hands. 40hrs played? seriously? It hasnt even been out a week. Thats more than a full time job.

Crazy thing is that I was able to play 41hrs of BF3 and I still went to work all last week and put in my standard 8-5 40hr work week. Good thing I'm the regional IS manager and can assign desk support to peons :) I pretty much was in zombie mode at work lol.

I averaged about 2-3hrs of sleep per night and drank 500mg of caffeine per day (two 2x rockstars). The last 3 months I've been running 3 miles a day and lifting weights so my body is in good shape to get abused lol. No running or lifting anymore since BF3 is out :(
 
Can't post battlelog SS at work, but I'm rank 22 with like 13-14 hrs played.

A bit small since I had to get it on my phone. Pretty much 100% support so far.

I play to have fun. Stats are meaningless. #1 gamer in the world means your #1 for not getting any ass either.
