I am really curious as to what these sound like. It seems like theyd be perfect for activities where you need to hear your surroundings, like cycling around traffic.

There are a number of hearing aides that are implanted directly into the skull as well, I assume they work in a similar fashion.At the beginning of the video they say this is the first product of its type and yet I remember years ago there was a similar product on the market.
