Bandwidth limiting other users

Hey everyone. I bought a belkin pre-n router about a month ago and I run a small household network of 5 wireless pcs and 1 wired (me). The problem is that sometimes I'll be playing CS and everything will just start to lag terribly. And I can play fine on a server and then after a while it might just start up. My latency is still really good, so maybe it's not the other users, but I was wondering if there was a way to limit the amount of bandwidth they get. Or if anyone else knows what might be causing it I'd appreciate it.
btw, if I disconnect the router and plug into the modem CS plays perfectly

I don't know the router but see if you can do QoS by IP or MAC address. If yo want more indepth (or your router doesn't support QoS) try monowall which has lots of features to mess around with.
