Backup Exec 12.5 with CPS

Hey guys,
I wanted to see if anyone here has this deployed. I will be using it shortly in a medium business, vm environment. Its deployed and immediately had issues with the real time backups. Apparently its not well supported without going through their training?

I've had issues with CPS multiple times. None of my clients currently run it. They just use windows shadow copy and daily backups.
