2Dark is a 2D horror game that came out recently. When it was being crowdfunded a Mac version, Linux version and DRM free version was promised. Fast forward to it's release and there is a Windows only release with Denvo. Their response to the missing Linux version was

"Hello guys,
Sorry, but there is no Linux version planned yet: /."

Here are their exact words from the crowdfunding page:

"We are currently creating a version of 2Dark forPC, Mac and Linux."

"2Dark will be distributed through Steam, but also on other platforms (GOG, Desura, etc.) which don't use DRM. Which means the version you get won't have DRM..."

They haven't said anything about the missing Mac or DRM free versions. I don't bring this up with hopes of garnering sympathy for those who backed the game, as we all know crowdfunding is a crap shoot the best of days. I do this with hopes that if there are those who care about honor and doing the right thing that when you see the developer's name Gloomywood or the publisher Bigben Interactive that you will decide not to support them. I know I wouldn't buy any of their future or present games for any sum of money on any platform.

Here are the links I got the info from:

If they collected funding for osx/linux versions and then announce they have no plans to do it, that's fraud. Lawsuit time.
