Available 1080 ti founder edition cards?

Just my luck-- I spend years exploring a certain concept, then another year learning how to develop it. Finally when I am ready to build, there is an unprecedented revolution in digital currency and allllll the cards are gone.

It seems all the miners have absconded with the Founder's edition cards. Could someone recommend me an alternative? I've nearly raised enough money so I want to know what card to get the moment I can afford it. (the case was spec'ed with a 1080 so I know it fits)

If you're in a big metro area, check Craigslist. Just search for "GTX" - you'll see them pop up all the time. Half the people selling don't realize how scarce they are and you can often get a good deal.

You linked a power supply not a case.

If you're hell bent on SFF get one that has proper venting to suck in air directly to the GPU. Look on the SFF subforum and mimic a build IMO.

I don't know, I've had pretty good luck buying on Craigslist. Selling is a different story.

Meh, I bought mine cause I liked the way it looked and also put it in a SFF case, Better to get the heat out of the case instead of recirculating around inside.

Cheaper, have a good cooler if you need the gpu to exhaust the hot air, clock as high as any other aib card when given better cooling. The only reason to get a non-fe is when you want to air cool it and have a large case with good airflow.

Exactly my reason. I'm actually trying to duplicate the VR build Kyle & friends specced out in April.
